IT Service Desk Manager
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong background in process implementation and management desired
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 suite, Freshdesk and JIRA is essential.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, RingCentral or similar systems advantageous.
- Clear and confident communicator Strong management skills.
- Able to work 9.00 am-5.30 pm UK time Monday-Friday with on call rota
