POST OF IT OFFICER – THE BAR ASSOCIATION OF SRI LANKA

The Bar Association of Sri Lanka is looking to fill a middle-level position to lead and manage its IT Infrastructure and related services.

The role and responsibilities include inter alia the following functions –

• Managing the IT infrastructure of the BASL including the Hardware, Network system, and applicable IT applications
• Managing the Website and other social media platforms
• Managing the Membership database
• Managing the e-communications systems
• Providing IT Support for webinars, workshops, seminars, conferences and events

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with

• Basic ability to communicate in English
• A positive attitude and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to work outside of traditional working hours

and

A qualification in IT Tel a Diploma or Certificate level and a high proficiency in IT-related skills including hardware and networking knowledge
