IT executive – business systems & data analytics

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT executive – business systems & data analytics to support our business applications, drive process improvements, and deliver meaningful insights through data and reporting.

Key responsibilities

1. Ventura / SFA system support: Maintain and support Ventura/SFA system operations, coordinate with vendors, resolve issues and support users.
2. PDA & mobile application support: Handle PDA/mobile device setup, troubleshooting, and support sales representatives on mobile applications.
3. Route, customer & transaction management: Support route creation and maintenance, customer mapping, transaction issue resolution and ensure data accuracy.
4. Business analysis support: Gather requirements, analyze business processes, prepare documentation, coordinate with business users, IT team and vendors.
5. Power BI & reporting: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, prepare reports, analyze data and deliver insights to support decision-making.
6. Stakeholder coordination: Work with distributors, sales representatives, internal teams and vendors. Communicate updates and ensure timely issue resolution.
7. Billing & administrative support: Support IT-related billing/payment follow-ups and maintain proper documentation and records.

Qualification

1. Completed or currently following a degree/diploma in IT, computer science, information systems, business IT, data analytics, business analytics, or any related field.

Experience

1. 1-3 years’ experience in IT support, business applications, SFA/ERP support, business analysis or reporting.
2. Experience in FMCG, distribution, sales operations or supply chain environment will be an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates with strong IT, analytical and Power BI knowledge may also apply.

4. Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development and reporting
5. Understanding of databases / SQL (added advantage)
6. Good communication and follow-up skills
7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
