IT Executive

We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to manage and support the IT operations of our two hotels and ongoing real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, CCTV, and system administration, with the ability to handle diverse IT requirements across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee IT infrastructure across hotels, project sites, and head office.
2. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networking systems, and servers.
3. Manage backups, IT security, and documentation.
4. Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, PABX, and other related systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly for all sites.
6. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely IT support.
7. Provide technical solutions to meet operational needs of hotel and real estate projects.

Requirements

1. Diploma/degree in IT or related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in IT management or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and server maintenance.
4. Hands-on experience with CCTV, PABX, and security systems.
5. Ability to work independently and manage IT requirements for multiple locations.
6. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
