IT Assistant (Computer Hardware)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT assistant (computer hardware) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing hardware support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for computer hardware and peripherals.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner.
3. Install, configure and maintain computer systems and components.
4. Ensure the smooth operation of IT equipment and infrastructure.
5. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
6. Work closely with the IT team to support daily operations.

Requirements

1. Diploma in computer hardware and networking.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge in computer networking will be an added advantage.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Strong ability to learn quickly and work efficiently.
6. Flexibility in working hours.
7. Must be willing to work both day and night shifts on roster base.

Benefits
