Investment Officer (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Grade)

Responsibilities

1. Handle the equity portfolio of MBSL (trading & investment).
2. Overlook the MBSL-client portfolio management operations and maintain the portfolio on a profitable manner.
3. Conduct investment committee meetings.
4. Update the MBSL portfolio and take timely buy and sell decisions.
5. Prepare reports related to corporate advisory and capital market functions.
6. Coordinating all matters relating to the integrated risk management committee and the portfolios maintained for MBSL and its client portfolios.
7. Re-composition of the midcap index on yearly basis.
8. Promote business related to corporate advisory and capital market and achieve the business targets.
9. Conduct business valuations/financial analysis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in the fields of finance, accountancy, business administration, commerce, economics or professional qualification in finance/capital markets.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputed bank or financial institution in the relevant field.
3. Or relevant recognized diploma / G.C.E (A/L) examination with 03 years’ experience in executive capacity.
4. Or G.C.E (O/L) examination with 05 years’ experience in executive capacity.
