Internal audit executive

Tasma Group of Companies seeks a dynamic, results-oriented internal audit executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and providing management with insightful audit reports.

Job responsibilities

1. Conduct internal audits across group of companies.
2. Evaluate and improve internal control systems and processes.
3. Identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
4. Prepare and present management reports to senior management.
5. Visit client companies and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
6. Reviewed and verified payment vouchers to ensure proper authorization, accuracy, and compliance with internal control.

Key skills & other requirements

1. Part-qualified in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA, or fully qualified in AAT with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
2. 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing or finance-related roles.
3. Should be a team player with excellent communication skills in sinhala & english languages.
4. Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
5. High proficiency in MS office package.
6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
7. Age between 25 – 35 years & residence within 15 km of biyagama is preferred.
