Intern – Marketing Communications

We are looking for a creative and energetic marketing intern to join our marketing communications team in Colombo. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, event coverage, and internal branding. Roles & responsibilities

1. TikTok & content creation: support the videographer and digital marketing executive with TikTok coordination, idea generation, and creative content production.
2. Event coverage: assist in photography, videography, and live posting during internal events, open days, and sports tournaments.
3. Social media integration: help coordinate and execute social media integration sessions for orientation batches, including activities, giveaways, and engagement tracking.
4. Campaign planning & brainstorming: contribute ideas and assist in creative brainstorming for paid and organic campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
5. Reporting & analytics: support in tracking performance, preparing reports, and ensuring campaign documentation.

Qualifications & experience

1. School leavers are encouraged to apply.
2. Passion for digital marketing, TikTok trends, and creative content creation.
3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work according to US hours and calendar.
