Intern | Junior Creative Designer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and committed individual for the following position:

Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of:
2. Adobe Photoshop
3. Adobe Illustrator
4. Figma
5. Canva
6. CapCut
7. Adobe Premiere Pro
8. Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools
9. Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
10. Good communication and teamwork skills
11. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

1. Design social media posts and digital advertisements for university campaigns
2. Create and edit promotional videos for social media and marketing activities
3. Design and prepare flyers, brochures, catalogs, banners, standees, certificates, and other print materials
4. Prepare print-ready artwork with proper dimensions, bleed settings, and color profiles
5. Assist with university branding and visual identity projects
6. Create marketing materials for events, seminars, and student recruitment campaigns
7. Use AI tools to enhance creative production workflows
8. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop engaging visual content
9. Perform revisions and updates based on feedback

Preferred skills

1. Knowledge of print production and pre-press requirements
2. Understanding of social media content formats and specifications
3. Basic motion graphics or animation skills are an advantage
4. Portfolio of design and/or video editing work is an advantage
