As part of our expansion strategy, we are diversifying into Tourism, eCommerce, and Education verticals. To support this growth, we are looking on board for Executive/ Management Trainee/ Intern – Branding & Marketing Communication to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist with daily bookkeeping entries and maintain accurate financial records
2. Help manage supplier payments and support accounts receivable follow-ups
3. Take ownership of petty cash maintenance and reconciliation
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, statements, and account reconciliations
5. Assist with general administrative tasks and special finance projects as required

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor’s degree/ professional qualification in a related field (students who are still following finance related qualifications also may apply as interns).
2. Good understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
3. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
