Requirements

1. Final year undergraduate/fresh graduate in accounting/ finance/ business management or any related field
2. Partial qualification in CA, CIMA, CMA will be an added advantage
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel package
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
5. Ability to work under pressure and willing to work long hours if required

Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth operation of accounts payable function
2. Update accounting records in the system timely and accurately
3. Liaise with suppliers in communicating their queries in a timely manner
4. Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of deadlines
5. Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and maintaining accounting records and ledgers
6. Preparation of ad hoc reports requested by the management
7. Assist in year end accounts finalizing related processes
