Requirements

1. Degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, or international business.
2. 1-3 years’ experience in trade finance, banking, or import/export logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of import banking procedures and documentation.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

1. Handle letters of credit (LCs), telegraphic transfers (TT), and documentary collections (bills).
2. Coordinate with banks and overseas vendors to process supplier payments and resolve disputes.
3. Manage import documentation (bills of entry, CUSDEC) and ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations.
4. Calculate pre- and post-landed costs, analyze supplier pricing, and prepare import-related MIS reports.
5. Perform GL postings, inventory tracking, and reconciliations in ERP systems (SAP, QB, Odoo), verifying transactions and handling bank reconciliation.

Key performance indicators

1. Accuracy of landed cost calculations.
2. Compliance with bank and customs regulations.
3. Timely processing of payments.
