IM Supervisor (Injection Molding Department)

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise daily operations of the injection molding department.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum downtime.
3. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
4. Maintain product quality standards and reduce defects.
5. Manage and guide machine operators and helpers.
6. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
7. Implement and maintain workplace safety procedures.
8. Prepare production reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements & qualifications

1. GCE A/L.
2. Diploma or NVQ level qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in injection molding operation.
4. Strong knowledge of plastic processing and molding techniques.
5. Experience in handling injection molding machines and troubleshooting.
6. Leadership and team management skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
