We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented individual to join our team as human resource manager.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all human resources functions of the group.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration.
- Support management in organizational planning and staff engagement.
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in human resource management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
