Human Resource Executive

Sarvodaya, the premier voluntary social development organization in Sri Lanka immediately requires a dynamic, self-motivated and service-oriented person to fill the following vacancy.

Requirements

1. Diploma in human resource management / business administration from a recognised institute.
2. Bachelor’s degree in the related field will be an added advantage.
3. 03 years and above hands-on experience in the same field and minimum of 01 – 02 years’ experience under the similar capacity.
4. Experience in conducting selection interviews for junior level staff.
5. Hands-on experience in handling training & development with the ability to design training materials and train junior staff.
6. Experience in safety & compliance according to the legal requirements.
7. Hands-on experience in human resource information system (HRIS).
8. Managing compensation and benefit documentation, such as ETF & EPF.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship & leadership skills and be thorough with the current labour laws & regulations.
10. Sound verbal & written communication skills in Sinhala & English.
11. Should be a self-motivated individual, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
12. Experience in working for an NGO also will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

1. Age: between 25 – 35 years.
2. Remuneration: LKR 50000.
