HR Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle day to day HR operations and administration.
  2. Maintain and update employees’ records using HRIS.
  3. Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
  4. Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  6. Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes.
  7. Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR data.

Requirements

  1. Degree / diploma in human resources, business administration.
  2. Proven experience in an HR role (minimum 1 year).
  3. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
  7. Female candidates are preferred.
  8. Applicants living close to Malabe are preferred.
  9. Age below 30.
