HR Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Process the payroll of employees by collecting data such as attendance, OT, leave, no pay, loan deductions etc.
  2. EPF / ETF claim form handling.
  3. Maintain, update & provide daily, weekly, monthly and customized reports as per the requirement.
  4. Conduct interviews, reference checks and coordinate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  5. Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Manage employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications

  1. Suitable qualification in personnel management.
  2. 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
  3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulation.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
