HR executive – recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR executive with a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. This role requires an energetic individual who is willing to go beyond conventional hiring methods to attract and select the right talent for our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
2. Actively source candidates through field visits, including outreach to villages and local communities
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and training institutes to create a talent pipeline
4. Conduct headhunting through social media platforms and other innovative sourcing channels
5. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively
6. Coordinate and support onboarding activities
7. Assist in other HR functions and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Willingness to travel and engage in field recruitment activities
4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
5. Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
6. Familiarity with social media recruitment and modern sourcing techniques
