HR Assistant cum Recruitment Officer (Male)

We are a well-established, ISO certified processing company, engages in production, processing and marketing of wide range of chicken products under “Delmo” brand. Due to expansion of our operations we are seeking the services of following professionals to support our growth.

Responsibilities

1. Fulfill all new employee requirements.
2. Use cost-effective and efficient methods to find new employees.
3. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
4. Presenting shortlisted candidates to the HR manager with detailed evaluations and recommendations.
5. Updated and managed a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
6. Monitor labor market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
7. Designing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

1. Fully or partially qualified professional qualification in human resource management.
2. Be computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package.
3. Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience as a recruitment officer or HR assistant.
4. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all 3 languages will be an added advantage. (Sinhala, English & Tamil)
