HR Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Assistant for one of our valued clients, a reputed IT company, on a temporary contract basis for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and company requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Human Resources, eager to learn, and looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating interviews)
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Support general administrative tasks related to the HR department
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in human resources management or a related field (part-qualified candidates will also be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 6 months of HR experience will be considered an added advantage
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a fast-paced environment
