HR & Administration Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented professional to lead and take full ownership of our Human Resources and administrative functions. This role is an ideal for an individual who can effectively balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving employee engagement while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  1. Champion initiatives that attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent across the organization.
  2. Build a positive, inclusive workplace environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor on employee matters, ensuring fair and consistent people practices.
  4. Design and lead end-to-end HR processes including hiring, performance management, training & development, and succession planning.
  5. Manage total rewards, employee wellbeing, and workplace safety frameworks.
  6. Ensure HR strategies directly support and enhance overall business performance.
  7. Guide and mentor the HR team, maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
  8. Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision-making at leadership level.
  9. Oversee administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning.

Candidate profile

  1. Professional qualification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM) or a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years overall experience including significant exposure in leadership role.
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build relationship at all levels.
  4. Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and modern HR best practices.
  5. Demonstrated leadership capability with a proactive solution oriented approach.
  6. High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR systems and MS office applications.
