HR & Admin Assistant (Male)

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process. (job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination).
  2. Maintain and update employee records personal files, and HR databases.
  3. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  4. Monitor attendance, leave cards, and overtime details.
  5. Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  6. Prepare HR related letters, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

  1. 1 year experience in similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws and HR best practices.
  3. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. High attention to details, confidentiality, and teamwork.
  6. Candidates from close proximity to Katunayake is preferred.
