HR & Admin Assistant (Male)

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process. (job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination).
- Maintain and update employee records personal files, and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Monitor attendance, leave cards, and overtime details.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR related letters, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to details, confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Candidates from close proximity to Katunayake is preferred.
