Front Office Manager

1. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in front office operations
2. Strong customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally
4. Familiarity with hotel management systems will be an advantage

Tour Manager

1. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in tourism or travel management
2. Strong knowledge of local and international tour operations
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
4. Ability to handle clients, itineraries, and group tours efficiently

Tour Executive

1. Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in travel and tour operations
2. Knowledge of tour planning, reservations, and customer handling
3. Good communication skills (English required; other languages are an advantage)
4. Ability to coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and clients

Accounts Executive

1. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in accounting or finance (hospitality experience preferred)
2. Part qualification in AAT / CIMA / ACCA or degree in accounting / finance
3. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
4. Ability to handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
