Room attendant

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience required.
2. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
3. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through attention to detail and professionalism.
4. Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly.

Handyman

Requirements

1. Age below 50 years.
2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar field.
3. Must be an all-rounder with multi-skill capability.
4. Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
5. Ability to work independently and handle maintenance tasks efficiently.
6. Willingness to work in Nuwara Eliya and travel to head office in Colombo when required.

Butler

Requirements

1. Assist guests with daily requirements and provide personalized service.
2. Carry out housekeeping duties.
3. Coordinate guest requests efficiently and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Staff cook

Requirements

1. Prepare and present meals according to hotel standards.
2. Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
3. Assist with stock control and proper storage of ingredients.
4. Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
5. Age above 30.
