Role overview

We are hiring experienced and passionate teachers for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the high school level. This is a combined job posting, and we are looking to hire one teacher per subject.

The role focuses on delivering personalized, results-driven academic support through one-on-one and small group sessions, with an emphasis on concept clarity, exam readiness, and measurable student improvement.

Key responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality instruction in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics across IGCSE, AS/A-Level, IB (MYP/DP), and AP curricula
2. Conduct one-on-one and small group classes (offline and online)
3. Prepare students for school assessments, board exams, and entrance tests
4. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and structured revision materials
5. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and academic coordinators
6. Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
7. Maintain an engaging, disciplined, and performance-oriented learning environment

Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant subject (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Engineering)
2. 2–5 years of teaching experience in international curricula (IGCSE / A-Level / IB / AP)
3. Strong subject knowledge with excellent problem-solving ability
4. Effective communication and presentation skills
5. Experience working with international curriculum students is preferred
6. Ability to manage both individual and small group sessions effectively

Preferred qualifications

1. Experience in SAT, ACT, or other standardized test preparation
2. Teaching certification (B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent)
3. Prior experience in a tutoring center or academic institute
4. Familiarity with online and hybrid teaching methods

Location & availability

1. Based in Doha, Qatar
2. Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in Qatar
