Head of Group Procurement & Operations
Job profile
As the head of group procurement & operations, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of our supply chain and operational processes. You will design frameworks that ensure efficiency, ethical sourcing, and digital evolution across all group companies to support long-term business resilience.
Key responsibilities & roles
- Develop and govern group-wide procurement strategies, frameworks, policies, and SLAs.
- Formulate and implement operational strategies to standardize processes across all companies.
- Design and execute a strategic supplier management framework to build a resilient, ethical supplier base, including risk mitigation and performance audits.
- Establish and oversee contract management strategies, compliance protocols, and business continuity plans.
- Develop and drive group procurement and operations budgeting strategies, including capex/opex optimization.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
Required qualifications, skills & experiences
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, supply chain, or engineering) is required, with an MBA or professional certifications (CIPS, CSCP) highly preferred.
- Candidates should have 10-12 years of experience in procurement and operations, including significant senior leadership experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP).
