As part of our continued growth and digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic head of ERP / enterprise applications to lead and manage our enterprise applications landscape, with primary responsibility for our SAP S/4HANA environment.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability, optimization, governance, and continuous evolution of enterprise systems that support our global manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and business operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead the overall ERP and enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives
2. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise applications across the organization
3. Partner with business leaders to drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
4. Manage system integrators (SIs), AMS partners, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
5. Oversee ERP support operations, incident management, enhancements, releases, and projects
6. Drive user adoption, business process standardization, and value realization from ERP investments
7. Establish strong governance frameworks for applications, data, security, and compliance
8. Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise applications team
9. Support future digital transformation and integration initiatives across the enterprise

Candidate profile

1. 10+ years of experience in ERP and enterprise applications environments
2. Proven leadership experience managing enterprise application landscapes in manufacturing or global operations environments
3. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP platforms
4. Experience working with system integrators and outsourced support models
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and operational business processes
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
7. Strong governance, vendor management, and service delivery management experience
8. Experience in ERP implementations, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives will be an advantage

Qualifications
