4. Western cuisine
5. Thai cuisine
6. Seafood cuisine
7. International experience will be an added advantage
8. Age: 30 – 45
9. Languages:
10. English
11. Tamil

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for kitchen operations including menu planning, food costing, stock control, quality assurance, and maintaining hygiene standards
