Gust Relations Officer

AARAWILD Luxury Villas, a boutique luxury retreat in Kandalama, is seeking a dynamic and well-presented Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel or boutique villa environment
2. Excellent command of English (spoken & written is essential)
3. Strong knowledge of reservations, front office, and guest handling
4. Pleasant personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
5. Well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused approach
6. Female candidates are preferred

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure a warm welcome and personalized guest experience
2. Handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations efficiently
3. Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
4. Address guest inquiries and feedback professionally
