Guest Relations Officer
Iperform manages some of the most prestigious high-rise residences in Colombo and Rajagiriya — with 5-star amenities. We’re looking for polished, guest-obsessed guest relations officers to manage our reception lobbies and deliver world-class service to residents, owners, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Welcome & wow: Greet residents, guests, and VIPs with warmth and professionalism. Make every check-in/check-out seamless.
- Lobbies that run like a 5-star hotel: Handle inquiries, deliveries, visitor management, and coordinate with security, housekeeping, and engineering.
- Solve & delight: Proactively resolve guest requests and concerns before they become issues.
- Local concierge: Share info on property amenities, services, and Colombo’s best spots — malls, dining, attractions.
- VIP care: Anticipate needs for residents, owners, and special-request guests. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Keep standards high: Ensure the lobby, appearance, and service are always aligned with our luxury brand.
Requirements
- Experience: Min. 1-2 years in guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality/hotel/residential setting.
- People skills: Exceptional communication, PR skills, and a friendly, guest-centric mindset.
- Language: Fluent in English. Sinhala/Tamil is a strong plus.
- Presence: Professional appearance, confidence, and ability to work shifts/weekends/holidays.
- Tech: Familiarity software such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva is an advantage.
- Attitude: Problem-solver, detail-oriented, calm under pressure.
