Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Guest Relations Manager to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by overseeing guest relations, handling feedback, and coordinating with operational departments. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality hospitality experience and maintaining outstanding service standards.

What’s on offer

  1. LKR 80,000 – 120,000
  2. Service charge: approximately LKR 35,000 – 45,000

Key responsibilities

  1. Oversee the overall guest experience to ensure the highest level of service excellence
  2. Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
  3. Coordinate closely with front office, housekeeping, and other departments
  4. Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements
  5. Build strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and repeat visits
  6. Support front office operations when required

Qualifications & requirements

  1. Male/female, below 40 years
  2. Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or front office operations is required
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong problem-solving ability with a guest-first mindset
  5. Professional, well-groomed, and confident personality
