Guest Relations Executive

We’re looking for a Guest Relations Executive who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a passion for hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist guests with courtesy and efficiency
2. Manage reservations and special requests
3. Coordinate with restaurant and banquet teams for seamless service
4. Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

1. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
2. Candidates residing in Wattala and surrounding areas are preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
5. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
