About the company

Haritha Villas + Spa is a new contemporary luxury destination with seven intimate villas immersed in the greenery of the jungle and two colonial style mansions with private pool.

Duties

  1. Greet & welcome guests, acting as a host.
  2. Assist guests with hotel and F&B explanations, taking orders, handling inquiries, and promoting hotel restaurant services in a professional manner.
  3. Assistance for our Chinese-speaking guests.
  4. Overlooking, planning and coordinating F&B operation.
  5. Learn & understand the hotel menus, the ability to be able to discuss & explain them as and when required with guests.
  6. Active support during F&B operation.
  7. Various administrative duties.

Candidate profile

  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality or related guest service position in a hotel. Overseas experience will be a distinct advantage.
  2. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation and service.
  3. Flexible approach to role – must be able to work various shifts as per the needs of the organization.
  4. Energetic appearance.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (only verbal) is a must. Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
