About the company
Haritha Villas + Spa is a new contemporary luxury destination with seven intimate villas immersed in the greenery of the jungle and two colonial style mansions with private pool.
Duties
- Greet & welcome guests, acting as a host.
- Assist guests with hotel and F&B explanations, taking orders, handling inquiries, and promoting hotel restaurant services in a professional manner.
- Assistance for our Chinese-speaking guests.
- Overlooking, planning and coordinating F&B operation.
- Learn & understand the hotel menus, the ability to be able to discuss & explain them as and when required with guests.
- Active support during F&B operation.
- Various administrative duties.
Candidate profile
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality or related guest service position in a hotel. Overseas experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation and service.
- Flexible approach to role – must be able to work various shifts as per the needs of the organization.
- Energetic appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (only verbal) is a must. Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
