What we are looking for

1. Minimum 1 year experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
3. Experience designing content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
4. Ability to create layouts for corporate marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements).
5. Basic knowledge of social media management, content scheduling and performance awareness.
6. Video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.
7. Good command of English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
8. Strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding and attention to detail.
9. Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print is an advantage.
10. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate with internal teams.
