General Manager – Domestic & Regional Business

Role overview

1. Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
2. Lead project sales within construction, interiors, and building materials sectors.
3. Manage and lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team across sales, procurement, finance, technical services, installations, warehouse & workshop operations.
4. Build scalable systems, KPIs, operational structures, and performance-driven processes.
5. Identify and develop new markets, products, business opportunities, and growth verticals.
6. Influence branding, promotions, and market positioning strategies.
7. Conduct continuous market studies, competitor analysis, and industry research.
8. Monitor sales performance, analyze business trends, and set realistic but ambitious targets.
9. Develop strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and interior designers.
10. Take full responsibility for the division’s operational and financial performance, including profit & loss (P&L).

Ideal candidate

1. Proven experience in senior management, business development, project sales, or commercial leadership.
2. Prior experience in construction material, interiors, manufacturing, or related industries would be a strong advantage.
3. Strong existing network of developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers preferred.
4. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving revenue growth.
5. Excellent knowledge in Excel, budgeting, costing, financial forecasting, and business analysis.
6. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, branding, and operational skills.
7. Ability to identify markets, influence branding and promotions, undertake constant market study and competitor study.
8. Proven ability to monitor sales performances, set goals and drive results.
9. Completely responsible for P&L (profit & loss).
10. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
11. Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as required.
