Front Office Executive

Key responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Manage check-in and checkout procedures.
  3. Handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  4. Answer guest inquiries and address concerns courteously and efficiently.
  5. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  6. Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  1. Excellent spoken English (Sinhala required, Tamil an advantage).
  2. Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  3. Confident personality with strong communication skills.
