Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-in and checkout procedures.
- Handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns courteously and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (Sinhala required, Tamil an advantage).
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Confident personality with strong communication skills.
