Our client who is a leading multinational company is seeking a dynamic & detail oriented female candidates to join their team as a front desk admin cum secretary.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front desk operation and welcome visitors professionally.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting & events.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (experience in mobility aftermarket or power tools industry is preferred).
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); fluency in Sinhala and Tamil is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Young, energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Age between 20 – 25 years.
