Our client who is a leading multinational company is seeking a dynamic & detail oriented female candidates to join their team as a front desk admin cum secretary.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage front desk operation and welcome visitors professionally.
  2. Coordinate schedules, meeting & events.
  3. Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (experience in mobility aftermarket or power tools industry is preferred).
  2. Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  3. Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  4. Fluent in English (spoken & written); fluency in Sinhala and Tamil is a strong advantage.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
  6. Young, energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Age between 20 – 25 years.
