We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front & Back Office Executive at Nyne Hotels Lake Lodge, Colombo 03.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Colombo.
Key responsibilities
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Managing reservations and guest communications
- Coordinating front office and administrative operations
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Assisting with accounts, billing, and documentation
- Ensuring exceptional guest service standards
- Supporting daily hotel operations as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, administration, or front office operations preferred
- Good computer literacy and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with hotel systems will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
