Food & Beverage Consultant – Coffee Shop Chain

Our client, a start-up chain of coffee shops and cafés, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Consultant to support the business during its setup and operational phases. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry expertise and hands-on experience in developing and managing café or coffee shop concepts.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and standardize menus, including pricing strategies
2. Identify staffing requirements, define roles, and recommend hiring profiles
3. Plan kitchen layout, workflow, and equipment requirements
4. Establish and implement food safety and hygiene standards
5. Advise on café layout, design, and customer experience
6. Provide operational guidance to ensure consistency and efficiency across outlets

Requirements

1. Professional qualifications in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5+ years of senior-level experience in the F&B industry
3. Proven experience with coffee shop or café chains
4. Strong knowledge of operations, cost control, and quality standards

Preferred qualifications

1. Experience working with international café or coffee shop brands
2. Exposure to overseas markets will be an advantage
