1. Manage and dispatch vehicle service requests efficiently.
2. Coordinate with drivers and provide assignment updates.
3. Track vehicle movements and resolve service issues.
4. Handle customer inquiries & feedback professionally.
5. Maintain dispatch and client records accurately.
6. Support operations team with scheduling and resource planning.

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
5. Knowledge of dispatching software and GPS systems is an advantage.
6. Fluent English is required; Tamil speaking ability is a plus.
