As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Finance manager to join our dynamic team.

Your role

1. Lead project budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure monitoring.
2. Oversee financial operations, reporting, and audits.
3. Develop and improve financial and accounting systems.
4. Manage day-to-day financial accounting and payment processing.
5. Ensure strong internal controls and compliance.
6. Provide guidance and training to project teams and partners.
7. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
8. Maintain and optimize QuickBooks and other financial systems.

Qualifications

1. CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CMA (full or part) or degree in financial management.

Experience

1. 3-5 years in a similar role.
2. NGO + private sector experience is an advantage.

Skills

1. Financial statements, budgets & reconciliations.
2. AP/AR & internal controls.
3. QuickBooks, Excel & MS Office.
