Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights in a fast-paced export environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and foreign transactions
4. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
5. Handle tax planning, audits, and statutory requirements
6. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth
7. Supervise and develop the finance team

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
2. Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in export/manufacturing sector
4. Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and MS Excel
5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
