Elsteel (Pvt) Ltd is an internationally reputed company manufacturing low voltage type tested modular enclosure systems. Due to rapid expansion of the business, we are in urgent need of a suitable candidate for immediate recruitment.

Job description

1. Prior experience in preparation & reporting of consolidated accounts for holding company
2. Responsible for financial planning, analyzing & problem solving
3. Coordination and support of key financial processes in a manufacturing company
4. Collaboration with management and operational teams
5. Analysis of financial results and identification of business risks and opportunities
6. Support in financial budgeting, and forecasting and variances

Requirements

1. Member of the institute of chartered accountants of Sri Lanka or CIMA or ACCA
2. MBA from a recognized university will be a distinct advantage
3. Have at least five (05) years’ experience at a senior managerial level in a manufacturing/industrial organization
4. Sound knowledge in accounting, auditing standards, tax related matters and business practice
5. Should be able to monitor and guide the finance team
6. Function effectively as a team player in the finance department and in the organization by handling internal and external tasks independently
7. Effective communication skills & time management
8. Ability to work in ERP accounting software environment
9. Be in the age group of 35 to 45 years
