Finance manager

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured finance framework across all group entities — chart of accounts, reporting templates, controls, and approval workflows.
- Lead detailed costing exercises across all properties: F&B, operations, staffing, and overheads — identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable cost reductions.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for properties.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital proactively.
- Ensure full statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across all business units — zero tolerance for delays or gaps in filings, payments, or renewals.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to improve financial processes.
- Establish finance structures for new properties and support feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with operations, reservations, and marketing for aligned financial controls.
Required experience
- 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Proven ability to build financial structures and implement cost controls.
- Experience in costing, optimization, and tax planning in multi-entity settings.
- Strong accounting fundamentals and experience with consolidated reporting.
- Degree in finance/accounting; professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are advantageous.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and clear communication.
