Finance – Executive

Key responsibilities

  1. Process supplier bills, utilities, salary advances, and other payments.
  2. Prepare payment vouchers and send payment advices.
  3. Handle all monthly utility and statutory payments (EPF/ETF, WHT, APIT, VAT, SSCL etc.).
  4. Prepare sales commission reports.
  5. Post monthly GL entries and reconcile the balance sheet accounts.
  6. Update monthly costing and gross profit (GP) reconciliation.
  7. Prepare WHT certificates and issue required debit notes.

Pre-requisites

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or full/part professional qualification of CA/ CIMA/ ACCA or AAT.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a financial accounting or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software in QB.
  4. Experience in accounts payable, costing, and general ledger functions.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
