Finance Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Executive to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day financial records and accounting transactions.
2. Preparation of financial statements and management reports.
3. Handle banking, payroll, EPF/ETF submissions, and tax documentation.
4. Coordination with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control functions.
6. Maintain well-organized filing systems for accounts and administration.
7. Ensure strong internal controls across all financial and office functions.

Experience & skills required

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
2. AAT qualified or partly qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CMA or CA Sri Lanka.
3. Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel. Strong understanding of Sri Lanka taxation, payroll, and statutory regulations.
4. Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines independently.
6. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
