Key responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting international courier, air and sea freight services.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and GP targets.
4. Prepare quotations and tailored logistics solutions based on client requirements.
5. Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in courier/logistics/freight forwarding). Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
2. Fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil is mandatory.
3. Valid motorcycle driving license is required.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven.
