Field Quality Control Executive
At our state-of-the-art coco peat export factory located at Wadumunnegedara (Pannala), we are seeking a dedicated and meticulous field quality control executive (male) to ensure the highest standards of our coco peat products. Our company prides itself on producing eco-friendly, high-quality coco peat used in various agricultural and horticultural applications. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of coco peat samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Implement and oversee quality control protocols throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and analyses.
- Develop and update quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and guide staff on quality control measures and best practices.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet our stringent quality standards.
- Regularly report to management on quality control status and improvements.
Qualifications
- Male candidates who have passed G.C.E. advance level examination.
- Successfully completed any vocational or professional training program will be an added qualification.
- Residing in Kuliyapitiya or a nearby towns will be an added advantage.
