Field executive | officer

Empire Land & Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd, a leading real estate development company, is looking for a dynamic and responsible field officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Visit and coordinate with local authorities and utility service providers (water board, CEB, UDA, etc.) to obtain necessary project approvals.
2. Submit and follow up on application documents and approvals.
3. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely progress of approval processes.
4. Support the project and engineering teams with field-related documentation.

Requirements

1. G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in land or real estate field work will be an advantage.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with government and utility institutions.
4. Must possess a valid riding license and own a motorbike.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
