Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Factory Supervisor to join our team at Opara Roofing. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to handle factory staff and daily operations
2. Discipline and leadership skills
3. Technical or management qualifications will be an advantage

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of roofing industry
2. Roller door production & installation knowledge
3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
4. Minimum 5 years of experience.

(Army background-retired army personnel preferred)
